Size Exchange: We understand that finding the perfect fit for your menstrual cup is essential. If you require a different size, we offer a free size exchange policy. Please follow the instructions below:
- Contact our customer support team via Website chat icon or email us at contact@shenish.com within 45 days of receiving your Shenish Menstrual Cup to initiate the size exchange process.
- We will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions. CONTACT US BEFORE CUTTING YOUR CUP.
Size Exchange Process: To proceed with the size exchange, we require you to provide us with a video of cutting the original Shenish Menstrual Cup in half using scissors. This video serves as confirmation that the product will no longer be used and adheres to our hygiene standards.
Once we receive and verify the video, we will send you the requested size of the Shenish Menstrual Cup as a replacement.
The free size exchange is a one-time offer per order.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged Shenish Menstrual Cup, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds: Refunds will only be provided in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, and we are unable to offer a suitable replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.
